What methods of payment do you take?

In addition to accepting all of the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express), I also offer ShopPay.

How long do you usually take to ship?

At this point, my jewelry collection has an inventory of around 3 pieces for each style that are available for purchase. As my business grows, and I learn more about what you like, I expect to increase my inventory. If the item is in stock, I ship the day of the order, unless your order occurred after 2:00 PM, then I may ship it the next day. I do not ship on Sunday. 

If the item is not in stock, I will handcraft that exact item for you, and try to ship it within 5 working days after the order is placed.  I'll always send an email to let you know when I expect to ship your jewelry. See more information in the Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

 

I am currently offering free shipping on orders of $40 or more (before taxes).

How can I track my items?

When I fulfill your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Shopify. In that email, you will receive a tracking link that redirects you to the tracking page. Once on the tracking page, your tracking information will be auto-populated.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

I try to be accurate with my sizing information, but if it can be determined that I sent you a different size than what was requested, I will pay for your return shipping, and also bear the cost of shipping the correctly sized jewelry back to you, or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. Either way, you’ll be automatically refunded for both shipping and returned items on your original payment method as soon as possible. But if it is simply that you made a wrong guess regarding the size, the customer pays for shipping. Return the item to me in the same saleable condition in which it was received, and you will be refunded. Or, if you desire, you can purchase the item in the correct size, paying for shipping as usual.

Note: When there is a need to up-size or down-size a jewelry piece, my aim is to do that according to your specifications - before shipment - and after double-checking with you that the measurements are exactly what you require. Some pieces, like my memory-wire bracelets which are expandable, usually fit all wrists. Please see my Refund Policy for more relevant information.

 

What if I want to change my order, or add more items to it?

Contact me as soon as you realize you want to change something or add something. I'll be emailing you to let you know that I'm about to ship your item, so if you want to make a change or addition, let me know as soon as possible and I will place a hold on the shipment.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?

Right now, I mostly use gold-plated and silver-plated metals. My desire is to transition over to gold-filled and silver-filled metals in the near future. I also use brass and antiqued brass, bronze and antiqued bronze, as well as copper in my various fabrications.

What if I'm underwhelmed?

I realize that occasionally, when you set eyes on the real thing, it just isn't what you were expecting. I want everyone to feel excited about my jewelry pieces, and enjoy wearing them day-in and day-out. If, on receipt, you feel that the item is just not your cup of tea, please contact me within 3 days to request a return. Items received back within 10 days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging, are eligible for a full refund.
